I brought my son here for his first eye exam and it went so well. The staff is patient and attentive. Dr. Lord is really good with kids (12-year old, in my son's case). He felt really comfortable answering all her questions and taking his time answering them. She was pretty meticulous in examining his eyes and making sure to go back and make sure that the prescription she was putting together worked exactly for him. She even apologized for being late, though she was only just a few minutes behind which we appreciated but wasn't necessary. The office is flexible as I had to reschedule twice, so I really appreciated their patience with me. The LensCrafter's side is also great, helpful, patient and attentive . They take their time explaining pricing as well as what works and why. You really just can't go wrong going here. I'm actually looking forward to going back for myself and my son which isn't something I commonly say about doctors' visits. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly and professional, Dr. Walsh was great - informative explained scans. She made some changes to my Rx that I was skeptical of - but so far seems to be working well for me. Thank you.

I was promptly greeted, checked-in, and pre-visit screenings done within the first 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The Dr was with me minutes later to complete my exam. He was courteous, professional & explained each procedure as we went along. At the conclusion, the Dr again reviewed his findings and asked if I had any further questions. I felt very comfortable with this whole experience.

Grateful for the wonderful care my 5-year old daughter and have received during our annual eye exams at Lickteig Family Eyecare. I have a very light eyeglasses prescription which hadn’t increased in the 10+ years since I’ve been wearing glasses, so I used to visit the eye doctor only every few years to check on my prescription. Since coming to Lickteig for my + my daughter’s annual eye example I’ve come to learn that eye exams extend well beyond identifying and correcting vision degradation. Your ocular health is a window into your overall health in so many ways. And it’s just as important is your annual PCP and dental visits. Thanks Lickteig Family Eyecare and your wonderful staff! Everyone was so helpful and nice at Lickteig. I was able to complete the exam, order new contacts, then choose and order my glasses so quickly. I felt heard and understood when I explained why I needed new glasses and what my needs were. The new contacts that were recommended by the optometrist are sooo comfortable. The front desk was patient and polite when they told me that I owed a balance from my previous visit. Everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. I was very happy with my visit and will be back in two years! ☺️

I met Jamie, Mia and Ariana and they were wonderful !! Highly recommended ! Great service!! I would give ten stars if I could!! Dr Chow was patient and answered all of my questions. I felt very calm and relaxed!!

Fantastic experience from my first phone call to my visit for a full evaluation and treatment, everyone was very thorough and things were explained in detail along the way. I work in the medical field and the doctor along with the assistants and front desk staff were beyond helpful and nice! It was actually a pleasure to be a patient there!

Everyone was very upbeat and professional . Dr Jane is very thorough and informative and she took her time,no rush. Also Eric at lensecrafters was great love the glasses I picked out.one and done.

My new eye place! Appointment was easy to get. I like the option of booking online. The front desk staff were great (and funny!) Doctor was very thorough & most importantly, she was a great listener & understanding of my eye condition & how it is negatively impacting my quality of life. I left with a new plan of care & I am hopeful my eye condition will resolve!
