From scheduling to technicians to optometrists the experience was exceptional. Initially went here for my annual eye exam- it was thorough and the Optometrist really took time to explain to me what my options were for glasses and contacts with my vision needs. Had an additional visit to evaluate and address my chronic dry eye. Again thorough and very helpful in discussing my care options. I also find value in their pricing- reasonable and shared up front (no surprises).
Dr. Tom-Kun is exceptional. She has gone above and beyond to relieve my dry eye and ensure that I can wear contacts. She has taken the time to educate me through the process and make me feel comfortable with my decision to choose IPL in my treatment plan. Honestly, she has made me feel listened to and cared for in a way that no other OD or doctor has. Keep her around- she is a great asset on many levels. Thank you.
