From scheduling to technicians to optometrists the experience was exceptional. Initially went here for my annual eye exam- it was thorough and the Optometrist really took time to explain to me what my options were for glasses and contacts with my vision needs. Had an additional visit to evaluate and address my chronic dry eye. Again thorough and very helpful in discussing my care options. I also find value in their pricing- reasonable and shared up front (no surprises). Dr. Tom-Kun is exceptional. She has gone above and beyond to relieve my dry eye and ensure that I can wear contacts. She has taken the time to educate me through the process and make me feel comfortable with my decision to choose IPL in my treatment plan. Honestly, she has made me feel listened to and cared for in a way that no other OD or doctor has. Keep her around- she is a great asset on many levels. Thank you.

Dr Hunter was so patient with my husband and was able to solve some difficulties for him in order to complete the exam, despite his dementia. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and kindness.

My first experience at Lenscrafters could not have gone any better. The entire team was so helpful and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me find the perfect frames. Buying glasses can be stressful it’s expensive and a big commitment but the team took so much time to make sure I felt good about my decision. I have to give a huge thank you, particularly to Lynn, the optician. She put so much time into making sure the frames I liked could actually hold my prescription lenses. She gave honest feedback about how well-suited different frames were for me. Her 20+ years of experience shows in her ability to make something that can be so stressful a delight. I left feeling excited for my new glasses. This team is wonderful. A special shout out to Lynn for her exceptional service!

Very professional office. Doctor Chow was a great listener and very patient and flexible. She was also good at sharing information related to my eyes. The technician was good too and communicative about what she was doing.

The entire staff is made up of kind, smart and talented experts. So grateful to have them so accessible. The appt making was also beyond easy. Grateful for the whole experience.

I have seen Dr. Alyssa Chow for a few years now and she is the best. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and always takes as much time as you need to help you understand exactly what is going on. She will show you the pictures that they take and explain things in as much detail as you would like. I learn something new every visit. The whole staff is a friendly team and is organized and helpful from the moment you check in. Each one is great at their job. Definitely recommend this group of professionals!
