Excellent eye doctor & staff! Dr Lickteig is a fine doctor & communicator - he is very knowledgeable & clearly explains everything about my eye health. His staff is very well trained, attentive & helpful! I highly recommend Lickteig family eyecare.

They were wonderful and got me in the same day, and set me up with trail lenses. Most places don’t have trial lenses in my strength because my eyes are so bad, so that is a huge plus! Clear communication and very kind staff

The staff was fantastic! They were able to take me early, they were very pleasant to deal with, and took the time to explain what costs would be before any services were completed. Dr. Walsh, took the time to answer all my questions and was great to work with. The office is very comfortable and also aesthetically pleasing. While the Mansfield office is not the closest to my home, the service received there makes it worth the travel and will make this my new eye doctor. Thank you everyone for your help.

I desperately was due for an eye exam and Dr.Lickteig’s staff were able to get me right in. Margaret and Fred were so friendly when I walked in for my appointment. Brandon and Dr.Lickteig were very patient and so thorough. They even had my contacts in stock to try! I highly recommend them and I am looking forward to my next year eye appointment.

I was informed that Medicare covers medical eye exams. Secondary insurance covers routine eye exams. My secondary insurance customer service rep, previous to appointment, never mentioned that. If in fact I'm entitled to medical eye exams covered by Medicare I'll be seeing an eye Dr again.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, especially Dr. Walsh and James. The office is clean and has the latest technology. I walked in nervous because I knew my vision had deteriorated since my last exam a year and a half ago, it my concerns were heard and addressed professionally and gently, as I was nervous. At the end, I was referred to a specialist and they went above and beyond, booking the appointment for me.

I came here last week because I had some scary stuff going on with my health and my eye. I was able to be seen same day, the receptionist was so kind. The male who took me in for tests was so nice and made me feel comfortable. And Dr. Walsh was able to show me what was going on and took everything I said seriously and seemed to genuinely care. Even took the time to write a referral to give to the ER so I could get the care I needed. That goes a long way. I’ll be back again in 2 weeks, thank you!

Everyone was so friendly. Very nice now a days. Doctor was excellent! Everyone needs a raises. Hold onto your help it’s hard to replace such a great staff. I’ll refer everyone I know to go here.
